Project. Ooze Risotteria

Ooze Risotteria is located within Westfield shopping centre in West London.

The restaurant was designed to mimic both a Delicatessen and a Milanese Bar & Café. Custom designed fridges built into the front counter are used to display fresh produce, salad and sandwiches, and a raised bar area with seating to one side denotes a café/bar. A timber wall with display storage and a floor to ceiling brass wall using the same techniques found in metal roofing, give it warmth.
